Founder
Agnista meditation is designed by Tara Solongo, who practiced various Eastern meditations for more than 20 years in many countries. Tara Solongo is a lawyer, happily married wife, and a mother. She struggled with lingered grief at age of 18 after losing her mom to long term illness. She overcame this harsh period of life by diving into deep meditation practice. She not only strongly believes, but also proved that meditation improves mental health and well-being in many aspects with her life experience. Overtime, it has become one of her passions in life to share meditation with others and help as many souls as possible.

Agnista Meditation
Agnista Meditation is a concentrative and contemplative combined dual-technique meditation that is designed to benefit mental health and well-being. This meditation is well adapted in everyday settings for everyone with total inclusiveness.
Agnista meditation is rooted in ancient Eastern tradition that comes from thousands of years of meditation lineage and wisdom. In the concentrative stage of the Agnista Meditation, you will gain improved focus and calm mind through concentration practice. In the next contemplative stage of the Agnista Meditation, you will utilize clear focus and calm mind to generate compassion towards yourself and others, using mental exercises to liberate yourself from emotional and mental burden from the past and cherish the bright side of your story.
Our goal is not only to have more focus and calmness, but also to heal our negative past wounds, appreciate our positive stories and see the world with realistic, compassionate point of view.
